What we collect

Your name, email, phone, country, dates and any message you send; deposit receipts; and, after confirmation, ID documents required for guest registration.

Why

To hold and confirm your booking, to contact you about your stay, to meet the legal duty to register guests with General Security, and — only if you tick the box — to send returning-guest offers.

Who sees it

Our team, our email provider (Resend) and, for ID documents, General Security. We don't sell or share your data for advertising.

How long

Booking records for accounting periods required by law; ID documents only as long as the registration rules require; marketing consent until you unsubscribe.
